Period: six months

Remuneration: Commensurate with qualification and experience.

Duration: The engagement in the projects is purely on contract basis till 8th October 2020.

Essential Qualifications:

• Post- Graduate in Food Science and Nutrition/Food Science and Technology/Food Microbiology/Food Chemistry having 3 years of experience working in Lab.
• Outstanding organization skills with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and solve problems.

Job Summary: The Dietary Lab Supervisor will coordinate and supervise all field lab activities related to the processing of duplicate diet composites in the first phase of a research study regarding multiply-fortified salt among women of reproductive age in rural Punjab.

Note:

• Candidate having strong experience in Food and Nutrition-related Laboratory work and handling of food samples will be preferred.
• Candidate should be comfortable working long hours in rural field settings
