Conditions for NII Vacancy:
- The candidates chosen for the above posts will be on contract for a single year or length of the project whichever is shorter, at a moment.
- No hostel/ home centre will be supplied.
- The number of posts may vary and shall be need-based. Advertisement is no commitment.
- Applicants may clearly mention the class they belong to i.e. SC/ST/OBC/PH and attach documentary evidence of exactly the same.
- No TA/DA is going to be compensated for attending the interview if called for.

Qualification for NII Vacancy: M.Sc in any branch of Biology/Life Sciences with a minimum of two years of research experience. The candidates ought to have qualified any ‘National Level Examination’, based on DST OM dated 21.10.2014.
Job Description:
The project is aimed at understanding interactions between the intestinal immune system and microbes that add to maintenance/disruption of immune homeostasis in the gut. Theoretical as well as practical experience in immunology and/or molecular biology and/or biochemistry is required.
Emoluments for NII Vacancy:
Senior Research Fellow (Project): Rs. 28,000 p.m. + 30% HRA( As per DST OM dated
21.10.2014.
