Position: Senior Research Fellow
Vacancies: 01
Name of the Project: “Targeting c-FLIP-CaM interaction to resensitize tumor cells to death ligands for potential anticancer treatments”
Consolidated Remuneration: Rs. 43,000 per month (Rs. 35,000 plus 24 percent HRA) per month.
Duration: Six Months. The work progress of the applicants will be monitored and extension after six months will depend on the quarterly evaluation of performance

Job Description: To perform
protein modelling, protein-protein/ligand docking, molecular dynamics simulation required. Knowledge in software and database development will be favoured. Knowledge of basic informatics tools and languages like C++, Perl, Java, R, HTML, SQL, etc is required.Essential Qualifications: NET/Gate qualification, Master’s degree in bioinformatics, computational biology and biological sciences from a recognized university with not less than 75 percent aggregate marks with 2 year’s research experience is essential.
Experience: Prior experience in modelling, protein-protein/ligand docking, molecular dynamics simulation required. Knowledge in software and database development will be favoured.
*MSc degree having a duration of one year course will not be considered.
