Basic Qualifications:
- Master or PhD degree in bioinformatics, biostatistics, computer sciences or comparable in Life Sciences discipline
- Minimum of 3+ years of experience in bioinformatics in an industrial, academic, or government laboratory
Preferred Qualifications:
- Experience in building as well as delivering NGS data analysis pipelines and also software applications
- Programming abilities as well as proficient in programming languages including Perl/Python, R, SQL and shell scripting
- Ability to work independently along with work with others in a team
- Experience in working in a clinical laboratory environment.
