We are recruiting an experienced Technical Sales Manager to responsible for business development and sales of the baking industry in South Asia. The position will be based in India and will certainly give you access to our exhaustive market insights, working with colleagues throughout the world, and a chance to experience the passion of selling products that make the globe a better place to live. .Key Responsibilities:
- Drive sales opportunity development & management in South Asia incorporating sounded commercial ability, CRM system and sufficient technical skill.
- Handle and drive distributors across South Asia according to Novozymes’ Industry Growth Plan.
- You delight in a technically oriented sales procedure and have a natural interest in understanding both customers needs and the entire worth chain of the Baking industry.
- Ensure that contract and price negotiations with customers are made in accordance with the targets and respecting the policy of Novozymes.
- Identify market, customer trends and competitor activities to shape the future of the industry.
- Drive Baking roadshows/seminars/customer events in South Asia.
In this position you need to have:
- At least a University Degree (ideally Food Science, Food Tech, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, Chemistry, Food Engineering or equivalent).
- Minimum 7 years of relevant job experience, preferably in the baking industry.
- Excellent created and spoken communication, interpersonal and teamwork skills.
- Capacity to take a trip at least 50% within the region.
