WHAT YOU DO:

• To be a key resource personnel in Medical Affairs concerning Non-interventional study (NIS) activities across all business areas
• To coordinate all study activities like CRO selection, prep work of study documents for review, site selection and also site feasibility, update relevant tracking systems on an ongoing basis, implement quality checks especially for outsourced studies as well as manage clinical trial oversight, manage study budget and also required resources, site monitoring as well as quality review as well as archival. The major responsibility includes on-time and also on-budget study completions in India
• To manage all operational and also quality aspects of allocated studies in compliance with ICH GCP
• Responsible for the implementation and also training of standardized procedures within the study and also according to organizational SOPs
• Development of essential studies according to the local requirements and also creating the essential documents like protocol, ICF etc with coordination of global/local team
• Ensures that essential documents quality meets the expectations of Regulatory requirements in India and Bayer guidelines and SOPs
• To attend the regular conference calls with the project management, clinical operation team as well as various other clinical team members
• To communicate regularly with all other associated departments to guarantee timelines, resources, interactions and also the quality is maintained.
• To prepare as well as monitor clinical activity timelines as well as metrics
• To ensure regular project review, utilizing tracking as well as management tools, implementing appropriate recovery actions to guarantee project timelines are met
• In charge of resolving the quality issues of outsourced studies
• To provide regular status updates to the project team and associated business cross-functional teams.

WHO YOU ARE:

• B.Sc./ M.Sc./Life Science grad
• Relevant clinical research experience in a pharmaceutical company/CRO with a good understanding and also experience in handling clinical studies in accordance with ICH-GCP guidelines
• Capability to work independently along within a team environment as well as to build productive work relationships both internally and also externally
• Fluent in English with great presentation and also written and verbal communication skills
