Job Purpose:
Operationally support T&L tasks across defined scope within NTO, to make certain compliance and improve accessibility to learning for associates.
Your responsibilities include but not limited to
- Compliantly manage the in-scope training matrix.
- Define system set-up and co-ordinate appropriate learning management system maintenance for all in-scope training requirements (courses, curricula, assignments etc) with the LMS administrators.
- Manage all in-scope reporting requirements.
- Communicate appropriately on availability of learning content, to support the curiosity and growth of NTO associates.
- Manage local learning occasions for the NTO Workflow Hubs; support local learning occasions on in-scope websites
Minimum requirements:
- BSc in Life Sciences, Behavioural or Educational Sciences favoured.
- Fluent English (oral and written). Added languages beneficial
- Knowledge of pharmaceutical production and GxP requirements beneficial.
