Your responsibilities:
Your responsibilities include, however are not restricted to:
- Support implementation of RFP outcome.
- Support ESP Governance documentation. Support transitions of activities to ESPs
- Support implementation of projects at ESPs.
- Support and oversight of process improvement as well as innovations at ESPs Support CMO PS vendor QA to implement QMS for outsourced activities Point of Contact for ESP IT issues.
- Support for ESP GDDB accounts (5-2-1) Support for ESP Citrix accounts (EVO).
Minimum requirements:
- Life science grad Fluent English (oral and written) Knowledge of other languages preferable.
- Experience in Pharmacovigilance or pharmaceutical firms over 3 years.
- ESP management experience (preferable) Project management experience (preferable). Great knowledge for Microsoft word, excel and PowerPoint.
