Department of Science & Technology (DST), Government of India and also Russian Science Foundation (RSF) have reasoned that a Programme of Cooperation (POC) for Funds of Joint Research Proposals at India and Russia in the fields of Basic Science. Under this POC, every project will receive yearly funding of around equivalent of US $100,000 in respective national currencies.
DST and RSF invite active Russian and Indian scientists / researchers, aged below 40 Years, to submit proposals for Joint Research Project in these areas of fundamental Sciences under DST-RSF alliance:
- Mathematics,
- Computer and Systems Science;
- Physics and Space Science;
- Chemistry and Material Science;
- Biology and Life Science;
- Standard Research for Medicine;
- Agricultural Science;
- Earth Science;
- Engineering;
Proposals submitted in other study areas won’t be considered.
Conditions of this project grant:
- The length of each project is up to 3 years.
- Project coordinators on either side Have to Be less than 40 years old as on the Final date. Inclusion of senior investigators could be considered, however, Average age of this project team ought to be less than 40 years.
- Project coordinators on either side must have published at least 5 research articles In SCI indexed journals in last five years.
- It’s anticipated that every supported project would lead in to 10 research Publications in SCI indexed journals.
