Applications are invited from eligible candidates for admission to Masters of Science (M.Sc.) programs
The Post Graduate Master’s Program at Amrita Centre for Nanosciences and Molecular Medicine, Amrita Vishwa Vidyapeetham, is a highly competitive, research oriented, two -year course. The M.Sc program has been designed to give more focus towards original research and skill development. In addition to didactic teaching, students have the opportunity to perform handson research, attend conferences and publish in peer reviewed international journals. The program aims to produce highly skilled individuals suited for the fast-changing requirements of today’s advanced workforce. To achieve this aim, the research facility at ACNSMM has one of the best research infrastructure in the country and has been recognized as a ‘Thematic Unit of Excellence’ under the Nanomission program, Govt. of India.
Choose from the following Disciplines
- M.Sc. Molecular Medicine – Molecular basis of disease and latest technologies related to diagnosis and therapy
- M.Sc. Nanomedical Sciences – Focused on Biomedical and translational nanotechnology
- M.Sc. Nanoscience& Nanotechnology -Energy conversion and storage technology
Qualifications:
M.Sc. Molecular Medicine
Graduation in any discipline of Life Sciences or B.Tech. in Biotechnology/ Bioinformatics or MBBS / BDS / B.Pharm with minimum of60% marks (or equivalent).
M.Sc. NanomedicalSciences
Graduation in any discipline of Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Materials, Biotechnology, Biochemistry, Bioinformatics, Zoology) or B.Tech. in Engineering (Chemical, Biomedical, Biotechnology, etc.) or MBBS / BDS / B.Pharm. with minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent).
M.Sc. Nanoscience & Nanotechnology
Graduation in any discipline of Sciences (Physics, Chemistry, Materials Science or B.Tech. in Electrical, Electronics, Chemical, Mechanical, Materials Science with minimum of 60% marks (or equivalent).

Admission to the programme is strictly based on the student’s performance in the common entrance exam and an on-site interview. The common entrance exam will be held at Kochi and Chennai. Only successful candidates will be called for the interview.
