A Junior Research Fellow position is available for a candidate with cell and molecular biology expertise, to work on the molecular mechanisms of Alzheimer’s disease reporting to Prof.Mahendra Rao at inStem, Bengaluru. The appointment will be a fixed term position initially for a period of one (1) year that may be extended up to a maximum of three years depending on the performance of the candidate. The position comes with a consolidated pay as per Institute norms.
Job Title : Junior Research Fellow
Qualification : Post graduate degree in a relevant area (Cell signalling, Biochemistry, Molecular genetics, Developmental Biology).
Experience : One year’s experience in handling mammalian cell culture in a research setting.
Desirable : Experience with stem cell culture. The position is available immediately.
Age Limit for the above position : Below 35 years
