Job Description :
• Design and execution of Molecular Biology experiments, PCR, RT-PCR, Cloning etc.
• Use of various Bioinformatics tools for analysing DNA/RNA/Protein.
• Generation of transient and stable mammalian cell lines and cell line engineering.
• Adherence to cGLP systems and good documentation practices.
• Cell Banks preparation &; inventory maintenance.
• Equipment identification &; procurement, Supervision of Qualification procedures,Preparation of SOPS.
• Planning and implementation of general good laboratory practices.
• Literature searches, design of molecular &; cellular laboratory experiments, execution, data interpretation, compilation, preparation and review of reports.
• Assisting the senior staff in collaborating with other functional groups – Downstream and Analytical etc.
• Train and mentor Junior research staff on various Molecular Biology research activities
