A Post-Doctoral Position is immediately available in the Laboratory for Stem Cell & Restorative Neurology at Department of Biotechnology, Era’s Lucknow Medical College & Hospital, Era University in a project entitled Cross-talk between autophagic proteins in ischemic cell death.

Job Title : Post-Doctoral Position

Project Details : The present project will deal mainly with Mesenchymal Stem Cell, Macrophages, Neuronal cell line/s culture,co-culture studies, Protein Expression (Western, ICC/IF/IHC, Elisa), Gene expression (qRT- PCR), SiRNA/ShRNA, cloning etc.

Ongoing work in the lab : Cell culture, Neurodegenerative disease rodent models, Protein and Gene expression studies, Knock Down (SiRNA/ShRNA, CRISPR/CAS9) studies etc.

Eligibility : Ph.D. in any branch of Life Science. Applicant must have a good hand on experience on cell culture techniques. Experience with the aforementioned techniques is highly desirable.

Those who have submitted their Ph.D. and waiting for viva-voice examination can also apply.
