Skill set required:
- Expertise in Upstream manufacturing process for recombinant proteins from Microbial culture ( E. Coli expression systems).
- Strong Hands on experience with Fermentation skills, CIP & SIP.
- Exposure to handle Bio-similar proteins projects in cGMP area.
- Sound knowledge and awareness of GMP controls ,Quality systems and regulatory aspects.
- Experience in CAPA and change management.
- Experience on the Equipment Qualification and commission aspects.
