Post Title : Senior/ Clinical Data Associate – Bangalore
The Position
We are looking for experienced candidates with 1 – 8 years of clinical research experience to join Novotech’s dynamic Biometrics team as a Clinical Data Associate. This is an exceptional opportunity to learn and to develop your career, as Novotech are currently using 2 premium eDC platforms in line with the company’s expansion into the Asia Pacific region.
In this role you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of data management projects using Medidata Rave® eDC, Viedoc® eDC, and Clintrial®. Your tasks will include data validation and tracking and assisting the Clinical Data Manager (CDM) and Project Manager (PM) with general data management responsibilities. You will be working with a highly experienced team of Clinical Data Managers and will receive extensive training on Novotech state of the art database systems and eDC platforms as well as Good Clinical Data Management Practice. You
will contribute to cutting edge clinical research projects, ensuring compliance with Good Clinical Data Management Practice guidelines, local regulatory requirements and Novotech’s SOPs.Who you are
Mandatory:
Educational Qualification : Graduation or Post Graduation with Life Sciences background
Desired : Diploma and/or Bachelors and/or Masters in Clinical Research and/or 1 – 8 years of clinical research or basic programming experience
Additional [not mandatory]: Medical Coding capabilities

You are an ambitious and committed research professional with the required qualifications and not more than two years’ experienced working in a research environment. You will be a graduate in a clinical or life science-related field. Prior data handling experience and a good understanding of the importance of data integrity will be ideal. If you have database programming experience or previous experience with clinical data management or remote data capture systems that would be advantageous. You are a team-player, with a strong customer focus, a willingness to learn and grow a career in data management and an appreciation of the diversity and complexity of clinical research.
