Job Description
- To develop and implement effective Food Safety Policies and SOPs in order to be the makers of the tastiest and best quality pizzas in India.
- To implement and maintain Food Safety Policies in the system in compliance with HACCP system.
- To provide quality products to the internal and external customers through implementation of proper quality assurance system in order to achieve customer satisfaction and happiness.
Key Accountabilities :
- Material receiving quality checks, documentation & computer updating.
Online process, storage, dispatching, cleaning & hygiene checks & follow-ups & documentation(checklist, commissary document check). - Store ingredient concerns, follow-ups with store & vendor (mail/telephonic/helpdesk).
- Dispatch route temperature check & documentation.
- Cold room (Deep, Walk-in, Cold chain) temperature check, follow-ups for improvement.
- Cheese sampling & reports & mail for approval.
- Pest control follow-ups with stores/PCI.
- Store audits, documentation & follow-ups.
- Vendor audits, documentation & follow-ups.
- Commissary audit, documentation & follow-ups.
- HACCP requirement, documentation & updating.
- Outside lab test conducting, documentation, follow-ups with vendor of concern.
- Billing of all India lab test & cheque sending.
- All India scorecard, Sigma level, ingredient feedback & trend, late offloading, pest control compilation & PP presentation (G2G).
- Store trials of new/improved/concerned products.
Desired Profile : Candidate should have Qualification -B.Tech/Diploma/B.Sc. In Food Science and technology and working experience of 3-5 years in Quality control /Quality assurance/testing department in Food manufacturing company. Should have good communication skills written & oral.
