Job Description :
- Monitoring of Agents posted under them which includes Leaves, Late, and Offs and absents.
- Preparation of Rosters and submit for approval.
- Transaction Monitoring for all the agents under them.
- Feedback on TM to the agents
- Escalation of problems on Floor to SMs .
- Adherence to all company policies and procedures
- Flexibility to work in all the shifts. Ability to do night duty when posted
Preferred Applicant: From Karnataka or speak English, Hindi and Kannada
