Job Title : Executive Process – Quality & Food Safety (QFS)

Eligibility : B.Tech Food/PG in

Food Microbiology, MSc-Food/Chemistry/Biotechnology / Biochemistry

Purpose:

• Provide focus to supplier quality control as per Mondelez Quality Policy compliance.
• To control product quality, regulatory compliances and have consistent standard quality product.
• To comply with Mondelez Quality Policy.

Principle Accountabilities.

Process Control

• Study the key parameters of production line
• Identification of waste generation in each line
• Reviewing the net weight performance in each line
• Process report compilation
• Regular follow up of internal audits observation & tracking closures.
•  Non conforming product handling as per Mondelez quality requirements
• HACCP implementation overview  100% prerequisites implementation
• Carrying out sensory analysis of products produced.
• Carrying out analysis of FG / WIP & taking appropriate action as per situation.
• Making daily shift report & compilation for making monthly MIS .

Hygiene & pest control Management

• Improving hygiene status of lines & clearance of lines after routine hygiene process.
• Supervising & taking appropriate action in GMP of work area.
• Conducting GMP Audit at lines and follow up with action closure for non compliance with GMP standards
• Training workmen on Quality parameters, HACCP / Prerequisites.

Hygiene & pest control Management

• Improving hygiene status of lines & clearance of lines after routine hygiene process.
• Supervising & taking appropriate action in GMP of work area.
• Conducting GMP Audit at lines and follow up with action closure for non compliance with GMP standards

Quality

• Comply with Mondelez Personal Hygiene Policy
• Adhere with and implement Mondelez Quality Policy & GMP standards at lines
• Enforce Food Safety Standards
• Establish and implement Rules & Procedures as relevant

Consumer Complaint

• Embedded Quality Measurement & Improvement to meet requirements of Voice of Consumer
• Analyse /identify the source of complaint & make report of CAPA.
• Take corrective actions along with production / Engineering.
• Monitoring CCP of lines as per HACCP plan.

Safety

• Identifying the hazardous areas through WPI and following up with closure.  Minimising the risk and creating the awareness of EHS Building appropriate safety standards- reduction in number of accidents
• Provision of necessary information, instructions, training and supervision to casuals to ensure safe operation.
