Job Description :
- To provide quantitative analytical support for Pharma Development, including IDFR and Development Franchises.
- These tasks are to be performed independently or with minimal supervision.
- To provide quantitative analytical support to the IDFR and Development Franchises. Research and develop new algorithms, methods and models for understanding and providing insight into structured and unstructured data Support the planning, execution and close-out of Clinical Programs/Trials.
- Provide understandable and actionable business intelligence for key stakeholders.
- Support the management in collation and delivery of information packages for critical decision making.
- Work with the internal SMEs and key stakeholders in providing analysis and interpretation of clinical program/trial operational efficiencies.
Minimum requirements :
- Masters/Bachelor’s Degree in Economics, Econometrics, Statistics, Mathematics, Operations Research, Engineering (Biotech, Computer Science, Information Technology), Pharmaceutical, Life Science or si Fluent English (Oral and Written)
- 0-3 years’ experience in data Analytics /Data science or related fields.
Required skills:
- Good quantitative & systems background.
- Some level of building statistical models under supervision.
- Knowledge of R, SAS, Excel, Matlab or other programming languages and tools.
Desired skills:
- Understanding of trends in “big data”,
- Understanding or experience of building logistic regression, Machine learning algorithms like Support Vector Machines.
- Ability to work independently, in teams, under pressure, demonstrating initiative and flexibility through effective and innovative technical ability
