Applications are invited from eligible candidates for engagement of one SRF position under the following time bound Project at division of Bacteriology and Mycology. The engagement is purely on temporary and contractual basis, co-terminus with the project and will be liable for
termination at any time in case of the unsatisfactory performance of the candidate. There will be no provision for absorption/re-employment in ICAR/IVRI after termination of the time bound under the mentioned project. No TA/DA will be provided for appearing in the interview.

Essential Qualification : M.V.Sc in Veterinary Bacteriology/ Veterinary Immunology/ Veterinary Microbiology/ Veterinary Biotechnology OR M.Tech in Biotechnology (with 4 years/ 5 years Bachelor’s Degree) and 2 years Master’s Degree OR Candidates having Post Graduate degree in Basic Sciences with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree with mandatory NET/equivalent qualification
Desirable Qualification : Experience in cloning and Expression of recombinant proteins, ELISA, Handling of bacterial cultures along with computer skills
Emoluments : Rs. 25000/- per month along with HRA as per rules for 1st and 2nd year and Rs 28,000 per month along with HRA as per rules for 3 rd y
earAge limit (Maximum ) : 35 years for men and 40 years for women on date of Interview. The relaxation in age is as per GOI/ICAR norms
Duration : Till March 2017 or termination of the project, whichever is earlier.
