Name of the project: Sustainable Management of Land through Improved Albizia procera plants in mid-himalayan region

Name of the post: Junior Project Fellow

Eligibility:

  • M.Sc. in Horticulture viz. Fruit Science, Food Science, Vegetable Science or Biotechnology OR
  • M.Sc. in Forestry viz. Agroforestry or Microbiology is essential
  • Experience in laboratory analysis is desirable

Emoluments: Rs. 16,000 per month + HRA for 1st and 2nd years and Rs. 18,000 per month + HRA for 3rd year as SPF

  • M.Sc in Microbiology with NET/GATE is essential
  • Proficiency in working with enzymes is desirable

Emoluments: Rs. 25,000 per month + HRA for 1st and 2nd year and Rs. 28,000 per month + HRA for 3rd year as SRF

Eligibility: Master’s degree in the relevant subject with 4/5 years of Bachelor’s degree. Candidates having post graduate degree in basic science with 3 years Bachelor’s degree and 2 years Master’s degree should have NET qualification


Age Limit: Upper age limit for JRF/JPF/RF will be 35 years for men and 40 years for women. (Age limits are relaxable for SC/ST/OBC candidates as per Govt. of India norms)

Parmar University of Agriculture and Forestry.
  • The application will be considered valid only if it is with a processing fee of Rs. 250/- for General Category candidates and Rs. 63 for reserved category candidates along with attested copies of SC/ST/OBC/PH certificate in shape of IPO/Bank draft drawn on State Bank of Patiala/UCO Bank, Nauni, Solan-173230 (HP) in favour of The Comptroller, UHF/Nauni-Solan and payable at Nauni/Solan.
  • Application complete in all respect should reach in the office of Director of Research latest on the the deadline.
