Aravind Medical Research Foundation (AMRF) Founded by Dr. G. Venkataswamy, the main mission of the AMRF is to eliminate needless blindness by providing evidence through research and evolving methods to translate existing evidence and knowledge into effective action. AMRF is a multidisciplinary research community and a registered society, recognized as a Scientific and Industrial Research Organization (SIRO) by Department of Scientific and Industrial Research (DSIR), Govt. of India, which conducts basic research to gain insights about vision science and commitment to finding new ways to reduce the burden of blindness.
Applications are invited from eligible candidates for two posts of Junior Research Fellow (JRF) at the Department of Proteomics, Aravind Medical Research Foundation in the following areas:
- Understanding the disease pathogenesis in fungal keratitis
- Identification of predictive biomarkers for diabetic retinopathy

Eligiblity : The essential qualification for this post is M.Sc/M.Tech in any branch of Life Sciences with NET qualification. Those without NET qualification will be considered as Project Fellow.
