Job Description:
- Masters in Science/Technology with 1 to 2 years of experience for Executive and 2-4 years of experience for Sr. Executive in Cell Line Development for microbial and Mammalian culture.
- Be a key member of the Cell Line Development team that will support the execution of cell line development projects, including maintenance of host cells, clone selection and cell line characterization
- Must have knowledge and hands-on experience in cloning and DNA preparation. Set up and perform PCR reactionsand characterizing stable cell lines for production of protein therapeutics
- Perform electrophoresis, Southern and Northern Blot analyses
