Key Responsibilities
- Support bioinformatics analysis and interpretation of biological and clinical datasets.
- Analyze cancer genomics, epigenomics, and multi-omics data.
- Develop computational pipelines using Python, R, Bash, and AWS.
- Perform analysis of NGS datasets including RNA-seq, WES, WGS, ctDNA, MRD, and CRISPR data.
- Evaluate assay performance, sensitivity, accuracy, and concordance.
- Apply machine learning and statistical methods to derive clinically relevant insights.
- Interpret quality control metrics from NGS workflows.
- Collaborate with laboratory teams, clinicians, and computational scientists.
- Support translational medicine research projects and clinical outcome studies.
- Contribute to external vendor evaluations and pilot studies.
Qualification
Ph.D. with 2-4 Years of Experience
Skills Required
- Expertise in Bioinformatics and Computational Biology.
- Strong knowledge of Oncology, Immunology, and Cardiovascular Diseases.
- Experience with NGS data analysis.
- Proficiency in Python and R programming.
- Experience with AWS cloud computing.
- Knowledge of RNA sequencing and whole genome sequencing workflows.
- Statistical programming and data analysis expertise.
- Familiarity with R/Bioconductor.
- Experience with workflow management tools such as Nextflow or CWL.
- Knowledge of web frameworks like R Shiny or Django.
- Strong communication and scientific presentation skills.
- Problem-solving and collaborative research abilities.
