Job Description
The Team Member – Microbiology is responsible for performing microbiological analysis of allocated samples and generating reliable, accurate, and reproducible results in accordance with predefined quality standards and regulatory requirements. This Microbiology Job supports timely product release by ensuring compliance with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP), Good Laboratory Practices (GLP), Good Documentation Practices (GDP), and established Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
The role involves laboratory documentation, environmental monitoring, equipment maintenance, investigation of deviations, and collaboration with Quality Assurance (QA), Quality Control (QC), production, and other stakeholders within Cipla Careers.
Key Responsibilities
- Perform microbiological testing of samples as per approved methods and schedules.
- Review analytical data and submit test reports within defined timelines.
- Conduct sterility, bioburden, water, swab, and environmental monitoring tests.
- Maintain compliance with cGMP, GLP, GDP, and SOP requirements.
