Job Details:

- Location: Dharapuram, India
- Educational Qualification: B.Sc. in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, or M.Sc. in Botany. Exceptional candidates with a Diploma in Agriculture may also be considered.
- Experience: Freshers are welcome to apply. 0–4 years of experience in agriculture, horticulture, or related fields. Experience in seed companies, fertilizer companies, or agri-related firms is an added advantage.
- Travel Requirement: Extensive field visits and travel to farms are required.

Key Responsibilities:
- Promote cocoa cultivation through farmer identification and area development.
- Manage cocoa nurseries, agronomy practices, pest & disease management, extension activities, and farmer retention.
- Coordinate cocoa procurement, quality monitoring, documentation, and dispatch.
- Conduct farmer training on Good Agricultural Practices (GAP), post-harvest handling, and quality management.
- Implement Cocoa Life sustainability initiatives, community development programs, agroforestry, CSR activities, and farmer surveys.
- Manage nursery and procurement staff, support research collaborations, liaise with government departments, implement sustainability and safety initiatives, and support digital onboarding, farm polygon mapping, and digital procurement tools.
Required Skills: Hands-on knowledge of agriculture, agronomy, horticulture, nursery management, farmer training, analytical skills, communication, negotiation, organization, planning, teamwork, computer proficiency (AI, MS Excel, Word, PowerPoint), and knowledge of Tally, SAP, data analysis, and taxation.
Language Requirement: Knowledge of South Indian languages, ideally Telugu and Hindi, is essential.
