Key Responsibilities
- Supports analytics delivery for Field GTM and Deployment projects by executing predefined analyses and contributing to project deliverables.
- Performs data extraction, cleaning, and basic exploratory analysis.
- Assists in building and maintaining analytical models using established methodologies.
- Synthesizes outputs into structured summaries to support insight generation.
- Ensures timely delivery of assigned tasks with high accuracy.
- Collaborates with team members to contribute to project outputs.
- Supports documentation, including templates, SOPs, and checklists.
- Actively participates in knowledge-sharing and learning initiatives.
- Communicates progress and flags risks proactively.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in the Analytical field / Life Sciences / Engineering or related.
- 0–2 years of experience (including internships).
- Exposure to analytics or data-related work.
- Basic understanding of healthcare/pharma is a plus.
- Familiarity with Excel, SQL, or Python preferred.
- Strong willingness to learn.
Experience Required
- Freshers and candidates with up to 2 years of experience can apply.
- Internship experience in analytics, healthcare, pharmaceutical, or data-related projects will be an advantage.
- Exposure to analytical tools and reporting processes is desirable.
