- Project Title: Unlocking early diagnosis by discovery and screening of circulatory biomarkers from extracellular vesicles of gastric cancer patients with the goal develop a robust risk-stratification model
- Funding Agency: Science and Technology Department, Government of Odisha
- Project Duration: One Year (Extendable)
- Age Limit: 28 years as on 17.07.2026, age relaxation to entitled categories as per rules.
Essential Qualification
Candidates must have M.Sc. (minimum 60% marks) in Life Sciences/ Biotechnology/ Biochemistry/ Molecular Biology/ Microbiology/ Zoology/ Physiology/ Bioinformatics and other equivalent streams in Biosciences.
Desirable Qualification
- Qualifying in any National level exams is desirable. Previous experience of working in a
biology research lab with hands-on experience in techniques such as mammalian cell culture, western blotting, immunostaining, fluorescence microscopy, H&E staining etc. - Familiarity with analyzing experimental data using statistical software and producing reports are desirable.
- The candidate is expected to contribute to test or optimize new techniques, maintain lab records, data and lab materials.
- The candidate should be open to sample collection from local hospitals which is a
requirement for the post. - Candidate should have good communication skill and should be able to work in a team.
Remuneration: ₹30,000/- (Consolidated)
