Job Responsibilities
- Conduct site feasibility assessments and investigator identification.
- Negotiate study budgets and execute study-related agreements.
- Prepare and submit study documents for Ethics Committee approvals.
- Manage investigational product dispensing, inventory, and reconciliation.
- Perform site initiation, monitoring, and close-out activities.
- Train investigators and site personnel on protocol and GCP requirements.
- Support participant recruitment and data verification activities.
- Ensure timely reporting of SAEs and SUSARs.
- Identify risks and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA).
- Coordinate with CROs and internal teams for data management and statistical analysis.
Qualification
- Education: Bachelor’s or Masters degree in a health or related field, such as Biology and/or Post-graduate Diploma in Clinical Research
- Experience: Relevant experience of 2-5 years minimum in the field of Clinical Research.
