Key Responsibilities
- Support warehouse compliance activities, including deviations, change controls, and documentation management using VEEVA/D2DMS.
- Maintain GMP-compliant warehouse operations for receipt, storage, dispensing, and issuance of raw materials, packaging materials, and consumables.
- Assist in equipment qualification, requalification, and qualification protocol execution.
- Monitor inventory levels and coordinate material replenishment with planning and procurement teams.
- Ensure adherence to storage conditions, temperature monitoring, and material handling requirements.
- Perform warehouse transactions and tracking using SAP, MES, and related systems.
- Support SOP preparation, review, implementation, and QMS documentation control.
- Participate in internal, regulatory, customer, and quality audits and support audit observation closure.
- Follow EHS policies and support HIRA, AIM, safety audits, training, and workplace safety initiatives.
- Ensure compliance with cGMP, quality standards, and regulatory requirements across warehouse
Academic Qualification
Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or Engineering.
Work Experience
3-4 years of experience in warehouse operations or compliance within Pharmaceutical, Life Sciences, or Manufacturing industry. Basic understanding of GMP, warehouse documentation, and inventory processes. Exposure to QMS systems, SAP, or MES will be an added advantage.
