Key Responsibilities
- Execute a range of complex technical support tasks to enhance customer experience and support commercial teams, often going beyond standard responses or procedures
- Provide detailed guidance on product features, regulatory documentation, and troubleshooting by leveraging strong knowledge of the product portfolio and customer use cases
- Adapt and customize documentation or responses to meet unique customer- or market-specific requirements (e.g., customized compliance certificates, region-specific technical statements, product performance clarifications)
- Oversee or coordinate day-to-day activities of the technical support team, ensuring timely and accurate handling of escalated or specialized inquiries
- Resolve non-routine and complex problems using sound judgment and practical insights gained through experience
- Collaborate and communicate effectively with internal stakeholders (regulatory, quality, R&D, and commercial teams), as well as customers, to interpret requirements and deliver accurate, customer-centric technical support.
Qualification
- Educational Qualification: M.Sc in Biochemistry or Microbiology
- Experience: Minimum of 3 years of laboratory experience, along with 3 years of experience as an Application Specialist in a similar role
