Key Responsibilities
- Support QA activities aligned with New Product Development (NPD) ensuring food safety, quality, and regulatory compliance
- Collaborate with R&D teams for product validation during trials, pilot runs, and post-launch stages
- Monitor adherence to SOPs, hygiene standards, and quality parameters across kitchens and production units
- Conduct quality checks on raw materials, in-process products, and finished goods
- Implement and monitor HACCP and food safety control measures
- Verify COA documentation and support vendor quality approvals
- Assist in shelf-life studies, stability testing, and scale-up validation
- Investigate quality deviations and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA)
- Maintain QA documentation, audit reports, compliance records, and support inspections
- Train teams on food safety practices and coordinate with Procurement, Supply Chain, and Operations for quality compliance
Qualification
- Degree/Diploma in: Food Technology / Food Science with 1–3 years of experience in Quality Assurance within QSR, FMCG, Food Manufacturing, or Central Kitchen operations preferred.
- Experience in food safety audits and compliance management is an advantage.
