Project Title
“Development of millet-based dietary supplements for Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus patients” (GAP 670)
Role Overview
The Project Associate – I will contribute to a CSIR-funded research project focused on the development of millet-based dietary supplements for managing Type 2 Diabetes. The role involves product development, food analysis, and applied research in food science and technology.
