About the Role
Nuvo Labs Pvt. Ltd. is seeking a highly motivated Research Associate to support in vitro screening and functional characterization of therapeutic antibodies and drug molecules.
The selected candidate will contribute to:
- High-throughput screening
- Cell-based functional assays
- Biochemical characterization
The role supports antibody discovery and lead candidate selection within drug discovery programs.
Key Responsibilities
In Vitro Screening & Functional Assays
The Research Associate will:
- Design and execute high-throughput and medium-throughput screening assays for monoclonal and bispecific antibodies
- Develop and perform cell-based functional assays, including:
- Receptor binding and signaling assays
- Reporter assays
- Cytokine release assays
- Immune cell activation assays
- ADCC / ADCP assays
Antibody Characterization
The candidate will perform binding and affinity characterization using techniques such as:
- ELISA
- Flow Cytometry
- Other biochemical and immunological assays
Drug Discovery Support
Responsibilities include:
- Screening antibody and drug molecule panels to support lead candidate identification and selection
- Analyzing experimental data and preparing scientific reports for internal research programs
Required Technical Skills
Candidates should possess strong hands-on experience in:
Mammalian Cell Culture Techniques
- Mammalian cell culture handling and maintenance
Biochemical Assays
Experience in:
- Western Blotting
- Immunoprecipitation
Molecular Biology Techniques
Hands-on expertise in:
- RNA processing
- qPCR
- ddPCR
- Cloning
Preferred Qualifications
M.Sc. / M.Tech / PhD in:
- Biotechnology
- Molecular Biology
