Key Responsibilities

  • Implement and monitor Product Stewardship programs for global regulatory compliance.
  • Support compliance tracking for raw materials and finished products.
  • Handle hazard classification, labeling, and SDS authoring using UL WERCS.
  • Ensure compliance with GHS, DG, TSCA, OSHA, EPA, EU REACH, ECHA, and related regulations.
  • Support New Product Introduction (NPI) activities and dangerous goods classification.
  • Respond to regulatory and hazard communication queries from customers and suppliers.
  • Stay updated with global regulations and provide compliance guidance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams for smooth execution of stewardship initiatives.
  • Conduct audits, assessments, and implement corrective actions for compliance gaps.
  • Drive process improvements using Lean methodologies.
  • Lead Product Stewardship projects and support annual regulatory reporting.
  • Guide and support team members to achieve compliance and business goals.

Qualification

  • Master of science degree in Life Sciences.
  • 1 or more years’ experience in Hazard communication, chemical hazard assessment and authoring Safety Data Sheets and labels based on various national, international and global hazard communications Regulatory Affairs, Dangerous Goods is recommended.
  • Good knowledge of current Hazard Communication requirements and other global chemical regulations and/or guidance (e.g. REACH, ECHA, CLP, GHS, TSCA, regional specific experience with Korea, China are preferred).

Skills Required

  • Strong knowledge of Prop 65, OSHA, EMS, and ISO guidelines.
  • Project management experience.
  • Strong systems background in product lifecycle management and any SDS authoring tool.
  • Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.
