Key Responsibilities
- Analyze raw materials, blends, and finished goods
- Conduct quality control and assurance operations
- Monitor packaging material quality
- Coordinate with vendors regarding non-conformities
- Ensure online QC during production processes
- Handle calibration and maintenance of laboratory equipment
- Investigate customer and consumer complaints
- Prepare MIS and quality reports
- Support quality improvement and CAPA activities
Qualification
Post Graduate caliber or equivalent – preferably in Microbiology/ Biochemistry/ Biotechnology/ Food technology
Experience
3-5 years of experience in the areas of Quality Assurance and Quality Systems on Food Processing / FMCG – Distillery, Brewery and Beverage Industry
Skills Required
- Knowledge of Quality Management Systems
- SOP development and quality control expertise
- Laboratory equipment handling skills
- Quality improvement project experience
- Microsoft Office proficiency
