Key Responsibilities
- Performing viable and non-viable environmental monitoring
- Conducting settle plate, air sampling, swab, and contact plate monitoring
- Monitoring ISO Grade A, B, C, and D cleanroom areas
- Performing utilities monitoring for compressed air, nitrogen, CO2, and oxygen
- Managing personnel monitoring and gowning qualification
- Conducting water sampling including WFI and purified water systems
- Maintaining and calibrating environmental monitoring equipment
- Training newly joined personnel on EM programs and water sampling
- Recording and reviewing environmental monitoring data
- Supporting deviation management and trend analysis
- Preparing annual environmental monitoring summary reports
- Supporting audits and cGMP compliance activities
Qualifications
- Educational qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology or Biotechnology preferred.
- Minimum work experience: 2 years.
Skills
- Strong aseptic operation skills.
- Knowledge of cleanroom operations and environmental monitoring techniques.
- Proficiency with Labware LIMS and various Microbiology Equipment.
