About the Role
The Quality Assurance Executive will be responsible for ensuring that all processes, materials, and finished products meet defined quality standards and regulatory requirements. The role involves maintaining documentation, implementing quality systems, and supporting compliance across production and laboratory operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Ensure adherence to GMP, GLP, and internal quality standards
- Prepare, review, and maintain SOPs, BMRs, BPRs, and quality documentation
- Conduct internal audits and assist during external audits/inspections
- Monitor deviations, CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Actions), and change controls
- Review batch records and ensure completeness and compliance before product release
- Coordinate with production and QC teams to maintain quality standards
- Ensure proper documentation, control, and record maintenance
- Support validation and qualification activities
Skills Required
- Strong understanding of GMP, GLP, and quality systems
- Excellent documentation and report-writing skills
- Attention to detail and a strong analytical mindset
- Good knowledge of regulatory compliance standards
- Proficiency in MS Office tools
- Effective communication and cross-functional coordination skills
- Ability to identify gaps and implement corrective actions
- Team-oriented with problem-solving abilities
