About the Role
The IPQA Executive is responsible for real-time monitoring of manufacturing and production activities to ensure compliance with approved procedures, GMP standards, and quality systems. This role acts as a critical link between production and quality, ensuring that processes are followed correctly and any deviations are identified and addressed immediately.
Key Responsibilities
- Monitor in-process activities on the production floor to ensure compliance with GMP and SOPs
- Perform line clearance before and after production activities
- Verify raw material dispensing, batch manufacturing, and packaging processes
- Ensure proper documentation of BMRs/BPRs during production
- Identify deviations and ensure timely reporting and documentation
- Monitor environmental conditions and hygiene practices in production areas
- Ensure adherence to safety and quality protocols during operations
- Coordinate with QA, QC, and production teams for smooth workflow
- Participate in in-process checks and validation activities

- Strong understanding of GMP and production quality practices
- Good observation and real-time decision-making skills
- Attention to detail and ability to identify deviations quickly
- Basic knowledge of documentation practices (BMR/BPR)
