Role Overview
The Executive Associate – Production (Mammalian) is responsible for supporting upstream manufacturing operations within a mammalian cell culture facility. The role involves executing bioprocess activities, ensuring compliance with GMP standards, and maintaining accurate documentation across production workflows.
Key Responsibilities
- Execute upstream manufacturing activities in mammalian production facilities
- Prepare and review GMP documentation, including SOPs, BPRs, validation and qualification protocols, and technology transfer documents
- Operate disposable, stainless steel (SS), and glass bioreactors as per established procedures
- Perform media fill, inoculum transfer, and subculture operations in accordance with SOPs
- Carry out media preparation, CIP (Clean-In-Place), and SIP (Sterilization-In-Place) processes
- Support cell culture and cell banking activities following standard procedures
- Record in-process parameters and perform sample analysis for media preparation and cell culture operations
- Ensure adherence to GMP, safety, and quality standards throughout manufacturing processes
Candidate Profile
The ideal candidate demonstrates strong technical aptitude in bioprocessing, attention to detail, and the ability to work effectively in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Educational Qualification: Bachelor’s degree in Life Sciences or a related field
Experience: 0 to 5 years of relevant experience in biopharmaceutical or mammalian cell culture operations
