Job Details:
As a Central Monitor, you will support global clinical studies by performing centralized monitoring activities from study start to database lock. This role involves reviewing study data, identifying trends and risks, and collaborating with study teams to ensure compliance, inspection readiness, and high-quality clinical research outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform centralized monitoring of clinical trial data
- Use data analytics to identify risks and data quality trends
- Communicate findings and mitigation actions to study teams
- Maintain documentation and ensure inspection readiness
- Support Risk Based Quality Management processes
- Train teams on central monitoring best practices
Educational Requirements:
- Bachelor’s degree in life science or a related discipline.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in clinical trials, clinical operations, or a related role within pharma, CRO, or academic research.
Skills Required:
- Strong knowledge of ICH Good Clinical Practice (GCP)
- Experience in Clinical Research Jobs and trial operations
- Familiarity with Risk Based Monitoring concepts
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to work across global teams and time zones
