Key Responsibilities :
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, SOPs and regulatory guidelines across manufacturing and packaging areas.
• Review and approve batch manufacturing records (BMR/BPR) and batch packaging records prior to release.
• Coordinate in-process checks and final product release in collaboration with QC.
• Investigate deviations, non-conformances, OOS/OOE, and prepare/write investigation reports and CAPA documentation.
• Maintain document control: SOPs, change control, calibration & maintenance records, training records.
• Participate in internal audits and support external/regulatory audits.
• Support batch disposition, hold & recall procedures when required.
• Train production staff on GMP, documentation and QA procedures.
• Monitor and report quality metrics (e.g., deviations, CAPA closure rate, out-of-spec incidents).
• Support continuous improvement and quality system initiatives.
Required Qualifications & Experience
• B.Sc. (Pharmacy/Biotechnology) or Diploma in Pharmacy. M.Pharm / relevant postgrad is a plus.
• 2–3 years’ experience in Quality Assurance within a pharmaceutical / life-sciences / nutraceutical manufacturing environment (soft gels preferred but not mandatory).
• Good understanding of cGMP, WHO/GMP guidelines and documentation practices.
• Experience with batch record review, deviation investigations and CAPA.
• Basic knowledge of stability protocols, change control and release procedures.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills (English).
• Attention to detail, analytical mindset and good interpersonal skills.
