As a Project Specialist at Parexel, you’ll support the Project Leader in managing clinical trial activities across all stages—from setup to closure. You’ll be responsible for project coordination, reporting, vendor management
, and compliance monitoring to ensure that every study is executed efficiently and meets client and regulatory expectations.Educational Requirements:
- Minimum Bachelor’s degree in life sciences or equivalent field.
- Advanced English proficiency (for non-native speakers).
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in setting up, maintaining, and updating Project Management Plans and tools.
- Support data compliance and track progress in project management systems.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to maintain project timelines and documentation.
- Prepare and analyze project reports, metrics, and financial summaries.
- Participate in internal and client meetings, track action items, and follow up.
- Oversee project vendor coordination and invoice management.
- Support project close-out and ensure proper documentation and archiving.
