Job Overview
Therdose Pharma, a reputed pharmaceutical manufacturing company based in Pragathi Nagar, Hyderabad, is seeking Junior Executives – Validation to join its team.
This role offers an excellent opportunity for motivated male candidates to gain hands-on experience in equipment, utility, and process validation in a cGMP-compliant facility.
Key Responsibilities
• Execute Validation and Qualification activities for Equipment, Utilities, and Processes.
• Support validation activities including sampling, documentation, and data recording.
• Perform Cleaning Validation and Hold Time Studies.
• Prepare and review Validation Protocols, Reports, and related documentation.
• Assist in the preparation and maintenance of the Validation Master Plan (VMP).
• Coordinate Calibration activities and collaborate with Engineering and QA teams.
• Support Temperature Mapping, Autoclave Validation, HVAC, and Water System Validation.
• Ensure adherence to cGMP, GDP, and other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Parenteral experience preferred.
• Exposure to regulatory audits will be an added advantage.
Desired Candidate Profile
• Qualification: B.Pharm / M.Pharm / M.Sc (Chemistry / Microbiology)
• 0–2 years of experience in Validation / QA in the pharmaceutical sector.
• Strong understanding of validation principles, protocol documentation, and GMP compliance.
• Excellent attention to detail, communication, and coordination skills.
• Eagerness to learn and perform in a regulated manufacturing environment.
• Male candidates only.
