Position Details
Role: Executive – R&D (Microbiologist)
Experience: 1–3 years (exceptional freshers with strong lab skills will be considered)
Qualification: M.Sc. in Microbiology from a recognized university
Gender Preference: Female candidates preferred
Salary: ₹3.5 LPA (depending on interview performance)
Key Responsibilities
· Conduct microbiological research and testing for ongoing R&D projects.
· Develop and validate microbial formulations for chemical and industrial applications.
· Maintain microbial cultures, lab records, and quality documentation.
· Collaborate with senior scientists and production teams for process improvement and optimization.
· Ensure all laboratory practices comply with industry and safety standards.
Required Skills & Competencies
· Strong understanding of microbial analysis, formulation, and aseptic techniques.
· Hands-on experience in microbiological R&D or QC labs.
· Excellent analytical, communication, and teamwork skills.
· Detail-oriented, organized, and self-driven approach to research.
