About the Role:
Advity Research is looking for a skilled and detail-oriented Clinical Research Associate (CRA) to join our Hyderabad team. The ideal candidate will oversee clinical trials, ensure compliance with regulatory standards, and maintain effective communication between investigators and sponsors.
Key Responsibilities:
• Monitor clinical trial sites to ensure protocol compliance and data accuracy
• Coordinate with investigators, ethics committees, and site staff
• Conduct site initiation, routine monitoring, and closeout visits
• Manage trial documentation and ensure adherence to GCP and ICH guidelines
• Review source documents and case report forms for quality and completeness
• Prepare detailed reports and updates for project managers and sponsors
• Identify and resolve site-level issues to keep trials on track
Qualification Requirements:
• B.Pharmacy / M.Pharmacy / M.Sc / Pharm.D
• 2–4 years of clinical research experience (mandatory)
• Strong understanding of clinical trial regulations, GCP, and ICH principles
• Excellent communication, analytical, and reporting skills
• Ability to build effective relationships with site staff and investigators
• Language: Fluency in English (mandatory)
