Job Summary:
As a QC Microbiology Executive, you will ensure microbiological quality and sterility of injectable products by conducting routine microbiological testing and environmental monitoring in a WHO-EU GMP-compliant cleanroom facility.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform microbiological testing of raw materials, water, in-process, and finished products.
- Conduct sterility testing, endotoxin testing, and microbial limit tests.
- Perform environmental monitoring of cleanrooms and controlled areas.
- Execute validation of microbiological test methods and equipment.
- Ensure documentation and reporting in compliance with WHO-EU GMP.
- Support regulatory audits and ensure sterility assurance systems are in place.
Requirements:
- Strong expertise in sterility testing, endotoxin, and microbial assays.
- Good knowledge of aseptic techniques and cleanroom behavior.
- Familiarity with regulatory requirements (WHO, EU, USFDA preferred).
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
