Key Responsibilities
● Manage and strengthen the Mycorrhiza production unit.
● Perform microbial culture, isolation, and maintenance of fungal and bacterial strains.
● Develop, optimize, and scale up biofertilizer formulations.
● Conduct microbial analysis, quality checks, and ensure compliance with ISO/GMP standards.
● Troubleshoot production issues and support continuous process improvement.
● Document experimental work, maintain accurate records, and support R&D activities.
Qualifications & Experience
● M.Sc. / M.Tech in Microbiology, Biotechnology, or related Life Sciences.
● Minimum 2 years of relevant experience in biofertilizer or bioproduct manufacturing.
● Hands-on expertise in mycorrhizal fungi cultivation and microbial techniques.
● Knowledge of fermentation, bioprocessing, and quality control systems.
