Job Title: Intern – Production Operations

Location: Shilphata, Thane
Stipend: ₹17,500 per month (10% TDS will be deducted)
Duration: 6 Months (Full-Time Internship)
Working Days: 6 days/week with rotational shifts
Weekly Off: One weekday off
Job Summary:
We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns to join our Production Operations team. This is an excellent opportunity for fresh graduates in Food Technology to gain hands-on experience in a fast-paced food production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Assist in setting daily, weekly, and monthly production objectives.
• Support in organizing workflow by helping assign responsibilities and prepare schedules.
• Observe and learn floor supervision techniques including team coaching and support.
• Ensure safe use of equipment and assist in scheduling routine maintenance.
• Check production output for adherence to quality standards and specifications.
• Help in compiling reports on production performance and progress.
• Identify operational inefficiencies and suggest potential improvements.
• Learn and assist in training new team members on machinery safety and SOPs.
• Support enforcement of safety guidelines and company operational standards.
• Maintain daily production and stock reports at the end of each shift.
Eligibility Criteria:
• Education: B.Tech / B.Sc / B.E in Food Technology
• Experience: Freshers (2023–2025 pass-outs preferred)
• Skills: Strong communication, attention to detail, willingness to work in shifts
