The company operates a large tele‐radiology hub in Pune, enabling round‐the‐clock reporting from radiologists for centres nationwide.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform routine and high-throughput RT-PCR testing for clinical and research applications.
- Draft, review, and finalize test reports with high speed and 100% accuracy, ensuring compliance with quality standards.
- Maintain detailed and organized documentation of experimental data and observations.
- Oversee lab administrative tasks, including inventory management, PnL sheet, reagent tracking, equipment maintenance scheduling, and coordination with vendors.
- Ensure adherence to laboratory safety protocols and quality control procedures.
- Coordinate with the quality assurance team to support audits and regulatory compliance.
- Support training of junior staff on RT-PCR protocols and documentation standards.
